Early morning guided tour of the Galleria dell'Accademia Museum with privileged entrance to see Michelangelo's David and with breakfast included
What better way to start the day than visiting one of the most stunning museums in all of Florence? This tour is designed for those early risers craving for culture... and not only for that!
We will start our visit of the Galleria dell'Accademia at opening time. This way you will enjoy the masterpieces kept in this museum, without fighting with the busy afternoon crowds.
This is the home of the undisputed master of Renaissance sculpture: Michelangelo Buonarroti. You will be guided to his most splendid work: the David and you will be able to admire the details, the extraordinary body, the fluid motion, and the power that makes him seem to come alive.
The Gallery also has other sculptures by Michelangelo, the “Prisoners”, the “Saint Matthew” and one of his famous “Pietas”. It also houses a collection of Renaissance paintings.
After this exciting morning, a little bit of sweet relax is in store for you, sweet in every single way: you will be given a voucher valid for a delicious breakfast in a typical Italian coffee shop! The voucher will allow you to pace yourself in the museum after the tour and leisurely leave when you are ready.
